Update on TLC Salon – Reopening Plans!
I hope all of you and your families are doing well during this challenging time. I look forward to seeing all of you very soon!
In order for me to continue providing quality services while keeping everyone safe and healthy, I’m following the strict guidelines for my industry that have been set forth by the GA State Board of Cosmetology, the CDC and OSHA.
As a result, the following new procedures will be in place for upcoming hair appointments:
- Call or text upon arrival and wait in your vehicle until you are called to come in to the salon. This will limit contact for you and allow me to sanitize the salon in between customers.
- Sanitize hands after entering salon. (Sanitizer provided)
- There will be a few health questions and temperature check upon arrival.
- If you have ANY signs of being sick, are getting over an illness, or have been in contact with anyone that has symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
- You must wear a mask while in the salon. (I will be wearing a mask and will have masks available, in the event you do not have your own.)
- Please do not bring any additional guests with you to your appointment.
I will begin reopening on a somewhat limited schedule to allow the extra time needed to comply with current guidelines.
I will start with rescheduling appointments that were booked when the salon first closed. I will then continue scheduling requested appointments based on the order in which I received them.
If I have not contacted you within the next week, please reach out and I will confirm that you are on the waiting list and try to give you a timeline on rescheduling.
I appreciate your patience during this time as I work hard to get everyone’s “hair schedule” back on track. There are 2 things that you can do to to help me speed up the scheduling process…
- Please answer my text in regards to scheduling your appointment as soon as possible
- If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. (I’m sure you understand hair appointments are in high demand right now!)
Some of you may have concerns or health issues and want to continue delaying your hair services at this time. I totally understand and will be eagerly awaiting your return when you are ready! Just let me know if you need to be taken off the waiting list at this time.
